We’re so excited to welcome Erin from Female Focus Physiotherapy to Bodybeend for an honest, no-filter conversation about your pelvic floor — the muscle group every woman has, but few fully understand.

Your pelvic floor plays such an important role through every stage of womanhood, from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to the perimenopause transition and beyond. But so many women are left guessing what’s normal, what’s not, and what they can actually do to support their pelvic health.

In this session, Erin will bust the most common pelvic floor myths, answer your burning questions, and share practical ways to better understand and support your body.

Expect real talk, practical takeaways, and a safe space to ask the questions you’ve always wanted answered.
